Why You Should Become a Sponsor

1. Sponsor Recognition.
We will augment your own promotional campaign through pre-event marketing tie-ins aimed at an affluent Bergen County market. Through a pre-Festival pullout section in the Suburbanite alone, for example, you will reach at least 35,000 households and businesses in this area. The section will include free editorial copy provided by the Film Festival, highlighting the film program and sponsors. Publicity in other newspapers, magazines, radio, TV and online listings will reach literally hundreds of thousands of consumers in the Bergen County and New York City metro area.

2. Additional Visibility
Depending on your level of participation, your name and logo will appear on Film Festival print materials, posters and on our web site, www.teaneckfilmfestival.org — with links to your web site, plus e-mail blasts from us to our promotion list, and in materials distributed at major townwide events.

3. Our Audience
The first Teaneck International Film Festival attracted well over 1,000 filmgoers, generated business for area merchants and provided positive publicity about the community and Festival sponsors, through a variety of media outlets. The second festival drew more than 1,500 filmgoers. Our marketing efforts will reach Teaneck's 40,000 residents and other Bergen County communities as well as businesses, professionals, artists and film professionals in the NY Metropolitan Area through newspapers, Cable TV announcements, fliers, posters, displays in the Teaneck Public Library as well as local schools, banks, stores and businesses.

4. Tailored Sponsorship
With an understanding of your marketing strategy, we can craft a sponsorship to align with your objectives. For example: CVS/pharmacy became the first Festival’s “Red Carpet Sponsor,” providing the red carpet for opening night and devising marketing tie-ins.

5. It’s Not All Business
You will receive VIP passes to our gala kick-off party and to all movie screenings. Major sponsors will receive special recognition at these events.

Individual Contributions

Become a patron of the arts! Businesses are not the only contributors to the festival. We need support from individuals as well. Participate in an exciting event while supporting the arts in our community. And, as a contributor you will be eligible for festival perks!
